The Buqez Eco Resort Tiny Beach Houses are architecturally designed and built by OIKOS, combining style, sustainability, and proximity to nature. Each house is constructed using five essential elements:
wood, concrete, metal, glass, and light.
The innovative “mobile tiny house” concept legally allows these holiday homes to be positioned exceptionally close to the sea—one of the resort’s most unique features.
Beyond the high-quality base furnishings, special care has been taken to ensure the house feels comfortable, individual, and welcoming. The property is meticulously maintained to provide every guest with a relaxing and memorable seaside stay.

A spacious living area opens through a large glass door onto the terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
It includes a comfortable sofa, soft carpet, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, air conditioning, large sunlit windows, and a dining table for four. Cozy yet open, the space feels bright and welcoming throughout the day.

The kitchen is equipped far above typical holiday homes, offering everything needed for effortless cooking and dining.
It includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, induction hob, full cookware and utensils, dishwasher, and indoor/outdoor dining tables for four. Guests often praise how complete and well-organized it is, making meal preparation easy.
Master Bedroom (Sea-View Side)
This bedroom sits closer to the sea and offers partial sea views depending on the season and surrounding foliage.
It features a king-size bed accessible from both sides, two bedside tables with power outlets, a space-saving sliding-door wardrobe, anti-allergic pillows and covers, exterior blinds for sun protection, and its own air-conditioning unit.
Guest Bedroom (Back Side)
A calm and quiet room located at the rear of the house, featuring a king-size bed ,a sliding-door wardrobe, two openable windows (a rare advantage, as most houses have only one), anti-allergy bedding, and its own air-conditioning unit.
Both bedrooms are designed to ensure restful sleep, cool nights in summer, and warm comfort during colder seasons.

Both prices exclude tourist tax (€1–2/person/night, cash at check-in) and a one-time cleaning fee of €150. Book directly and save 10–15% vs. Booking.com or Airbnb.
The minimum stay is 4 nights for all online bookings. For shorter stays of 3 nights, please contact us directly — shorter stays may be arranged individually.
Payment by bank transfer (bank fees borne by tenant):
- 50% deposit — within 3 days of booking confirmation
- Remaining 50% — at least 4 weeks before arrival
- Last-minute bookings (<4 weeks out) — 100% due immediately
Tourist tax (€1–2/person/night) and security deposit (€300) are paid in cash at reception on check-in.
Yes — a €300 security deposit is collected in cash at check-in. It is fully refunded after departure once the property has been inspected and no damage is found.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email). Cancel 30+ days before check-in for a full refund. Closer cancellations incur charges. No-show (no notice by 24:00 arrival day) = 100% of rental price retained. Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Included: water, electricity, heating, AC, final cleaning, towels, bed linen, Starlink Wi-Fi, beach access, BBQ area, 24/7 security. Villa 20 also includes a free paddle board and private beach lounge.

Both are ~54 m² eco-tiny houses with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 3 AC units. The key differences:

- Beach House 42 — ~30 m from beach, max. 4 guests, large stone terrace, from €125/night

Yes, upon prior request. Dogs are welcome in Beach Villa 20 with an additional fee. Mention your pet at booking. Note: the resort has resident friendly cats — keep them on the terrace only, not inside the house.
No — parties, events, bachelor parties, and commercial filming/photography are strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate termination with no refund. The villas are for private leisure only. Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00.
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to smoke outdoors on the terrace.

Keys and gate openers must be returned to reception. Deviations require prior arrangement. No-show without notice by 24:00 = contract withdrawal, no refund. Departure >60 min late without agreement = additional night charge.
